Staying Healthy with Sisters in 2020

We’re jumping on the New Years resolution bandwagon to be fit and healthy in 2020! If you are, too, you know we’re here to help you reach your goals. You definitely don’t need to give up your Sisters faves in order to be fab and fit in 2020! Here are some alternatives to our regular gourmet sandwiches that are sure to satisfy your Sisters cravings.

Just because you’re skipping the bread doesn’t mean you lose the flavor! With our breakfast salads, you get double the egg (extra protein for all those gains!), our citrus aioli breakfast sauce, and ALL your favorite toppings over spinach. Try this combo if you’re a skeptical first timer: cucumber, mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes on spinach with a breakfast sauce drizzle all over! You’ll be back every morning ;)

We have a stellar line up of gourmet sandwiches, but did you know you can turn any sandwich into a salad at no extra cost? We don’t skip out on toppings, either. Everything you’d get in your gourmet sandwich is put on the plate. It’s definitely a large portion to keep your healthy self full and ready to tackle your afternoon spin class!

Instead of bread, you can get any of our sandwiches made in romaine hearts. Brother Alex has been eating them for lunch recently and he said they’re a great alternative to our fresh focaccia bread if you’re trying to skip the extra carbs.
